You will receive one premium collapsible laundry basket per person. All you have to do is separate out the clothes, and we take care of the rest! On your day of service, we will pick up your dirty laundry basket by 12 pm and will have it washed, cleaned, folded and/or hung, and delivered back to you the following day by 8 pm in one of our clean return laundry baskets!

Detergent We Use - High quality, high-performing detergent that rinses away with no harmful residue. It is biodegradable with no phosphates, chlorine, or other unpleasant ingredients and is Kosher certified. We also utilize a chlorine-free bleach that produces whiter whites, is safe on colors and again, no unpleasant ingredients.

FAQ’s

How many dirty bags do I need if I want my towels and linens washed? It depends…we recommend starting with one bag for your towels and one bag for your linens. However, this largely depends on how many towels your household uses in a week and how often you’d like your bedsheets washed.

Do you actually handle the dirty clothes? No, these are placed directly into the washer so it is important that all items are removed from pockets. We are not responsible for clothes damaged due to items left in the laundry baskets. It is also important to note that clothes wear, fade, pill, and shrink over time due to the laundry process. We are not responsible for this or other normal wear and tear.

What if I prefer to use my own detergent? No problem! Add it to your bags and we will use that instead!

Do you spot treat? We do not handle stain treatment. We recommend pre-treating stains prior to our pickup.

What if I want my clothes on a hanger? Just provide the hangers in your dirty clothes, along with a garment bag to protect them, and we will take care of it!

Are my clothes returned in the same basket? No, we will also provide a clean return basket to ensure the cleanliness of your clothes.

Pricing

It’s simple…we charge per bag which holds up to 15 pounds of laundry. The household is charged the first service week of the month for the number of bags of laundry times the number of weeks receiving service that month.

But what if you are on vacation and don’t need service one week? No problem, unlike other subscriptions, we won’t charge for the week if there is no service. We’re flexible to fit your needs!

There is a 4 bag per week minimum for service.

This is a month-to-month service with no subscription charges, you can cancel your service at the beginning of any month.

If you are not fully satisfied with any of your bags of laundry, let us know and we will get it rewashed and returned to you within 24 hours upon pickup.
